Painting, sketching, and photographing are how I express myself. Most of the time my pieces are made only to be “destroyed” and turned into something else. Artwork is about imperfection. Recognizing beauty in pain is a part of being human. The complexities of the human experience inspire me. I hope to expand people’s mindsets of what “art” is.
My goal is to be a positive distraction for the world. Whether you look at my art for two seconds or two hours, I hope they bring you some sense of peace. I like making abstract colorful work because it’s almost so in your face that you can’t look away, and sometimes that’s just what we need; to look away.
